Challenge

BigChange is a rising star in the workforce management sector, but the industries they serve were hard-hit by the pandemic. In order to write articles to attract leads, I not only had to famliarize myself and instruct readers on problems such as how to get building maintence contracts, I also had to learn about U.K. law and use U.K. English as an American.

Solution

While we had numerous articles written for more experienced managers, I also decided to write how-to articles for less experienced managers or ones who were struggling. These users were the group that were the most hesitant to purchase new software due to loss of work during the pandemic. The articles show how BigChange products can solve their problems and clearly demonstrated how the software would save them time and money.
