In-app promotion

Scenario

“A user is in a supermarket. They open the supermarket’s app on their phone to see what’s on sale and are greeted by a promotion.  Write a promotional home screen for a subscription service that delivers groceries to the user once-a-month for a flat fee.”

Challenge

While still sticking to the challenge, I made up my own offer based on what would be competitive in U.K. markets using the language users searched for (see picture 2).

The solution had to incorporate the scenario user, but also those most likely to use this service, customers who really needed a peak-hour delivery – a service that’s quite expensive in most U.K. supermarkets and often isn’t covered by monthly delivery saver memberships.

Solution

This project was workshopped in my Content Design course and this is the final product. The picture to the left is the first screen the user sees and the second one is the second phase of the journey.
